To ensure fairness to both my clients and my schedule, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the schedule service. Same-day cancellations (within 4 hours of the appointment) or no-shows will be charged 100% of the services fee. This policy helps me accommodate other clients and manage my time efficiently.
